The LorAnn Bakery Emulsions are a water based flavoring that Will Not "bake out" compared to typical grocery emulsions or extracts!

Add the same amount of Lorann emulsion flavoring to your favorite recipes as you would extract. Emulsions are not recommended for hard candy or chocolate, instead we recommend this for hard candy and chocolate flavoring. Lorann Emulsions are used in cakes, cupcakes, fondant, cookies, frostings, ice cream, yogurts, smoothies, & beverages.
