Strawberry Flavoring - LorAnn Oils

Bring sweet, ripe strawberry flavor to ganache, fudge, fondant, icing, candy, and other treats. This concentrated LorAnn flavor also pairs nicely with sparkling wine flavor or cake batter flavor for strawberry shortcake-inspired recipes.

The water-soluble flavoring can also be used in chocolate and candy melts. Start with 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per pound of chocolate or coating; using too much may cause thickening, which can be corrected with liquefied coconut oil or cocoa butter.
