Merckens White Chocolate Flavored Melts have a delicious vanilla tasty. This chocolate has a great viscosity, and it is easy to work with.
This is a coating chocolate, often referred to as a confectioners' or candy coating, it's a convenient alternative to traditional real chocolate, bypassing the need for tempering to achieve a glossy, hardened finish. Its unique composition, which substitutes cocoa butter with vegetable fats like palm kernel oil, eliminates the need for tempering, simplifying the chocolate-making process.
Merckens White Chocolate is actually more of an ivory or soft white color compared to the Merckens Super White Chocolate coating which is more of a bright white color. Perfect for cake pops, dipping treats, mold work, and more!

Merckens chocolate melts are delicious. I don’t usually care for white chocolate but these were incredible. On their own they leave a nice taste in your mouth. I normally use Ghirardelli but I do like these much better. They were used, along with the milk chocolate, for chocolate dipped pretzels.
I’ve used this chocolate for many years, there was a cake and candy supply store in St. Cloud Minnesota that closed a few years ago so every fall for sure if not more depending on what’s happening in our life, I go down to Lynn’s cake, candy and supply store from Sauk Centre, it is well worth the drive for the products they have and the courtesy of all the employees. This Fall because of surgery I had to order my supplies, totally amazed how quickly it came! I admire that they take off on Sundays to honor the Lords day. Keep up the good work. ! Jean
