White Chocolate Melting Wafers - Merckens

This is a coating chocolate, often referred to as a confectioners' or candy coating, it's a convenient alternative to traditional real chocolate, bypassing the need for tempering to achieve a glossy, hardened finish. Its unique composition, which substitutes cocoa butter with vegetable fats like palm kernel oil, eliminates the need for tempering, simplifying the chocolate-making process.

Merckens White Chocolate is actually more of an ivory or soft white color compared to the Merckens Super White Chocolate coating which is more of a bright white color. Perfect for cake pops, dipping treats, mold work, and more!
