I have been using Merkens Chocolates for many, many years for my Christmas treats! The store I usually bought them at went out of business and I was very worried I would not be able to find a new place to purchase my chocolates. I found Lynn's on line and decided to give buying my chocolates on line a try. Wow! I am now a loyal customer! I made my initial order and immediately realized I had miscounted what I needed and not ordered enough. I made a second order for the miscounted error and Lynn's did not charge me shipping for the second order due to it being made the same day. That is very good and kind customer service! The order came very quickly and was perfect! You have a new loyal customer!
