Watermelon Flavoring - LorAnn Oils

Sweet, juicy watermelon flavor brings a taste of summer to candies, baked goods, drinks, and frozen treats. Try it in watermelon hard candy, fruit-flavored frosting, party drinks, or warm-weather desserts.

This water-based flavor can be used in chocolate and candy coatings, although too much may cause thickening. Use ¼–½ teaspoon per pound and add liquefied coconut oil or cocoa butter if needed to thin the mixture.
