Raspberry Flavoring - LorAnn Oils

Add the bright taste of ripe raspberries to desserts, drinks, candies, and frostings. One of LorAnn’s most popular flavors, it balances berry sweetness with a tart finish that works nicely in both everyday treats and special-occasion recipes.

This water-soluble flavor has also been shown to work in chocolate and confectionery coatings. Start with 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per pound; if the mixture thickens, add liquefied coconut oil or cocoa butter. Choose from 1-dram and 1-ounce bottles.
