Polycarbonate Chocolate Mold - 1.1" Pralines

Chocolate takes on a beautifully fluid form with the Martellato Flow Polycarbonate Chocolate Mold, created in collaboration with acclaimed pastry chef Wei Loon Tan. Inspired by the graceful movement of oriental rivers, each praline features soft curves and sculptural contours that feel modern, artistic, and distinctly different from traditional geometric chocolates.

Part of Martellato's collection of chef-designed molds, Flow reflects Wei Loon Tan's approach to pastry as both science and art. The 24 cavities create approximately 11-gram pralines with a smooth, dimensional silhouette, while the clear, rigid polycarbonate encourages a brilliant glossy finish and clean release.

Wei Loon Tan was part of the winning team at the 2019 Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie and has also earned recognition as an Asian pastry champion. His Flow design makes a striking choice for refined chocolate collections, plated desserts, gift boxes, and signature bonbons.
