Pizzelle Cone Roller

Warm, crisp cookies only give you a short window to shape them. Wrap a freshly baked pizzelle, krumkake, tuile cookie, or waffle wafer around the smooth wooden cone while it is still flexible, then let it cool and hold its new shape.

The pointed tip forms a neat cone while the rounded handle provides a comfortable grip. Once cooled, remove the shell and fill it with cream, icing, jam, jelly, ice cream, or another favorite filling.
