Pineapple Flavoring - LorAnn Oils

Sweet pineapple with a lively tang brings a tropical twist to cakes, candies, drinks, and desserts. Mix it into vanilla frosting for pineapple cupcakes, layer cakes, sandwich cookies, or a bright fruit-flavored filling.

This water-based flavor can be used in chocolate and candy coatings, although too much may cause thickening. Use ¼–½ teaspoon per pound and add liquefied coconut oil or cocoa butter if needed to thin the mixture.
