These Peter's White Chocolate wafers are real chocolate - perfect for the inside of truffles or ganache. This is NOT a chocolate coating, so if you want to use this for the outside "shell", it would need to be tempered. The wafers feature a rich cream color. The best way to describe the taste is decadent - cocoa butter & whole milk with a delicate chocolate aroma and flavor.
