Every dark chocolate lover will appreciate these wafers! This is a real chocolate - perfect for the inside of truffles or ganache. This is not a chocolate coating, so if you want to use this for the outside "shell", it would need to be tempered. This is a bittersweet chocolate with 72% cocoa solids blended with European-style low roast liquor and aged to produce a mellow, balanced flavor.
