Peters Broc Milk Chocolate (real milk chocolate)

This original Swiss formula has a predominant milk flavor and is less sweet. This is real chocolate and requires tempering. It is compounded of 31.5% Cocoa.

We are excited to now offer Peter's Broc Milk Chocolate in wafers. The wafer option allows for easier melting as well as ordering. The block option is still available for those who prefer it. Please see the note below on our pricing process.  

Note: When selecting the 1.25lb block pieces. The $20 price allows us to adjust the final sale price for each random weight. The price per pound is $11.99. We will choose pieces to get as close as possible to your total order weight, but there is bound to be a small variance in the final weight. You will be refunded the difference between what you paid and the $11.99 per pound pricing. 

10# blocks may be broke into several pieces to accommodate a lower price for shipping.

We do NOT pack the chocolate in ice packs. If ordering during warm months or shipping to a warm state, melting will occur. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any chocolate that arrives melted. If melting occurs, it can be remelted without any performance or taste issues.
