When we’re melting coatings in the microwave, this is the bowl we reach for. After trying a number of different options, we found this simple bowl works especially well for melting and stirring chocolate flavored coatings without dragging out extra equipment.
Choose the 32 oz. bowl for smaller batches of less than 1 pound, or the 50 oz. bowl when melting up to 2 pounds of wafers. The wide opening gives you plenty of room for stirring and dipping, and both sizes are available in several bright colors. For best results, use the bowl with our preferred chocolate melting method.
