Lorann Vegetable Glycerin

Food Grade and versatile, LorAnn's vegetable glycerin is used in a variety of food and non-food applications.

Glycerin is used to help retain moisture in foods, keep items soft, and help to prevent sugar crystallization in foods like candy.  Use vegetable glycerin in royal icing to add shine, and prevent hardening.
