Bethany Pastry Cloth – 19" Round Replacement Cover

Keep your lefse-making process smooth with this 19-inch Bethany Pastry Cloth cover, designed to fit the round board in your lefse pastry board and cloth set. Made of heavy preshrunk cotton, this cloth provides the ideal surface for rolling out lefse, pie crusts, cookies, and more. The built-in markings for 10", 12", and 14" rounds help ensure uniform results every time.

Before rolling, be sure to prep the cloth with plenty of flour for a nearly non-stick surface. Many lefse makers keep an extra cloth on hand as a backup to swap out if sticking occurs. When you're finished baking, simply remove the cloth, shake out the excess flour, and wash with unscented detergent for long-lasting use.
