Flip Flops Chocolate Mold

This flip-flop chocolate mold makes sandal-shaped pieces with raised thong straps and a ribbed sole pattern.

Each cavity measures 2 3/4" long by 1 1/4" wide, with a shallow 1/4" depth that makes slim chocolates that stack well in boxes or sit neatly on dessert boards. The raised straps also give you a clean area to brush or pipe a second color before filling the rest of the cavity.
