These mint flavored dark chocolate melting wafers are delicious. These chocolate melts do not require tempering, and they are perfect for homemade surprise cookies!
This is a coating chocolate, often referred to as a confectioners' or candy coating, it's a convenient alternative to traditional real chocolate, bypassing the need for tempering to achieve a glossy, hardened finish. Its unique composition, which substitutes cocoa butter with vegetable fats like palm kernel oil, eliminates the need for tempering, simplifying the chocolate-making process.

We do NOT pack the chocolate in ice packs. If ordering during warm months or shipping to a warm state, melting will occur. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any chocolate that arrives melted. If melting occurs, it can be remelted without any performance or taste issues.
These are perfect for Starlight mint surprise cookies. After the original candy company I used for the mint chocolates went out of business, I began making these on my own. It is very time consuming. I’m so glad I found these. My only negative is that they are too thin. I just use two for each cookie and it works perfectly.
Lynn’s was amazing to shop with, worked well with getting me items I wanted and also shipped it to me to get my items quickly. The only thing I can say negative is the shopper needs to read the description better for example these meltables were good but they were about 3 times more expensive than I bought from another place so my fault for not reading through the description properly

4 stars only for size; I wish the wafers were a tad larger. I used to bake Starlight Mint Surprise cookies with my mother at Christmas, and I remember the wafers being a little larger. BUT - the flavor is spot-on! I cannot wait to bake. I have been searching for wafers for a long time - Thanks, Lynn's!
