I love this coconut dough. It’s fresh and the taste is amazing. I roll the dough into bite sized balls, put in refrigerator to firm up, then dip in milk chocolate and dark chocolate. Sometimes I put an almond in the center of each ball as well. It’s like making mounds and almond joys at home. I have to add that I am having the dough shipped from Minnesota to Colorado. That’s where I live. I used to live in Minnesota and shopped at Lynn for years and I am so thrilled that I’m able to get the products I need online and shipped to me. Thank you.
Even better, moister than the real mounds bar!!! I roll the dough in to a log shape and then I dip them in dark chocolate. They are beautiful and they are so good. Make some with a toasted almond pushed into the dough and others just dipped in chocolate. They are my family‘s favorite I used to Batches of dough and today’s New Year’s , and the last of them are going to a party I get a lot of praises.
