Candy can go from not ready to overcooked in a hurry. The CDN DTC450 keeps the current temperature and your target on the screen together, so you can watch syrups, caramels, brittles, and other cooked candies without guessing.

Choose from seven preset candy stages or program your own target temperature. Audio and visual alerts let you know when the mixture is getting close, reaches the target, or becomes too hot, while the adjustable clip and heat shield keep the thermometer positioned on the side of the pan.
