Usage: Melt to 125ºF - 150ºF for easy pouring. To thicken, simply add ½ to 1 oz. of confectioner’s sugar per 1 lb. of caramel.
I bought a pound of this to try since it had such good reviews. I ended up giving it three stars since it’s not necessarily bad, BUT I thought it tasted like Kraft caramel from the grocery store that costs a fraction of the price. I would not purchase it again.
My order arrived quickly and the quality is outstanding. Easy to work with and everyone raves about how good the caramel is when they eat the sweets I make them.
