Callebaut's Ruby Chocolate Callets, known as RB1, are unique for their vibrant color and taste. This ruby chocolate, made from specially selected ruby cocoa beans, does not contain added colorants or fruit flavorings. With medium fluidity, it's suitable for various applications like molding, enrobing, and more.

Ruby is the most uncommon discovery over the past 80 years in the chocolate industry. It features a fruity taste with a slightly sour note.
