Oh my goodness, this is a treat. Callebaut Gold chocolate callets are known for their unique caramel flavor. The callets have a medium fluidity level, making them versatile for different chocolate applications. They are characterized by rich toffee notes, butter, cream, and a hint of salt, offering a unique taste experience. This is real chocolate (cocoa butter based).

Sold in a repackaged 1 lb bag or original 5.5 lb packaging.

• 30.4% Minimum Cocoa Solids
• 28.3% Dry Milk Solids
• 37.1% Total Fat Content (30.4% Cocoa Butter & 6.7% Milk Fat)

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT pack the chocolate in ice packs. If ordering during warm months or shipping to a warm area, melting will occur. We cannot replace any chocolate that arrives melted. If melting occurs, it can be remelted without any performance or taste issues.
