These were absolutely perfect for making white chocolate tombstones to help decorate my graveyard cake. Having a space to add a wooden skewer or lollipop stick helps the "stones" stay upright and in place even when moving the cake around or the frosting melts a little. I found it very easy to remove the chocolate once it hardened and the detail was great!
