Dry fondant sugar, with 8% invert sugar and no added corn starch, is perfect for creating creamy candy centers, cordials, fudges, caramels, and smooth icings. Sold in a 2.5 pound zip locked bag or 1 pound bag.

Each bag comes with the following recipe
1.5 lb dry fondant, 1/4 cup whipping cream, 1/2 cup softened butter, flavoring (choose from our HUGE selection of Lorann edible oil-based flavors)
Combine dry fondant w/ butter, cover, let stand overnight
Heat cream until it boils, then pour over the dry fondant mixture, let cool, knead smooth, add flavors/colors as desired, roll into ball, dip into 1 of our melted chocolate coatings, refrigerate for 30 min
I highly recommend Lynn's. I live across the country and my local store closed. I couldn't find fondant locally and called them. Even though I'm sure they didn't think the call would end up with a sale, they spent time on the phone answering my questions (the definition of good customer service. I did end up placing an order with them. The shipment came quickly and in perfect condition. My candy came out perfectly as well. I will buy their quality products again.
