Gary R. I have purchased several dough scoops from the truffle scoop up to the 3 Tbsp sizes and they have all been excellent quality and a good value. I have used the 2 Tbsp on very stiff molasses cookie dough and it worked great. I had all of these items shipped and they were processed and arrived very quickly. Excellent products.
