Candy Melts are chocolate-like products made with vegetable fats instead of cocoa butter. They’re designed to mimic real chocolate but with easier handling, no need for tempering, and more stability at room temperature. You'll often find them used for dipping, enrobing, or drizzling over candies, cake pops, cookies, and other treats.

Unlike pure chocolate, coatings are more forgiving when it comes to moisture and certain types of flavorings (like water-soluble ones), although even then, too much water-based flavor can still cause thickening.

These chocolate flavored melts can be easily melted in a microwave or double boiler, and will return to hardened state perfectly.
