All Orders Over $99 Ship Free!

All orders containing over $99 worth of merchandise will ship free. Orders qualifying for free shipping may be shipped via USPS or UPS at our discretion. If you require a specific carrier for delivery to your address, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

When Will My Package Arrive?

PLEASE NOTE! All arrival dates quoted at checkout are estimates!

 USPS has specifically been delivering products after the quoted arrival date. If you need a product by a specific date please consider choosing an express shipping option.

ALL ORDERS PLACED MONDAY - FRIDAY BEFORE NOON (CENTRAL) WILL SHIP THE SAME BUISNESS DAY!  Transit time will depend upon the service you select at checkout. We offer USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days), USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 Business days), and UPS Ground (1-5 business days) as well some UPS express options. 

We make every attempt to keep enough inventory on hand to complete your order. We will call/email you for further instructions if we're out of something. If the item is not expected to be in stock soon or we don't hear back from you within 1 day, we will remove it from your order and ship the rest.

CHOCOLATE CAN MELT IN TRANSIT!

Please consider weather conditions when ordering chocolate in warm months or when shipping to warm parts of the country. In hot weather chocolate will melt VERY easily. We DO NOT ship chocolate with ice packs. If your chocolate arrives melted, please rest assured that it can be remelted without any adverse effects to taste or quality. We are not able to offer any replacements or returns for melted chocolate.

The holidays can be a busy time of year for shipping, so please plan accordingly. We will ship all orders received by noon Monday - Friday the same business day. However, we are not able to control how long your package takes in transit once it leaves our store. USPS has been know to experience long transit times during the holidays. If you absolutely need a product by a specific date during the holiday season we recommend choosing a UPS or express shipment option.

Missing or Damaged Items

  • If you did not receive all of the items you ordered, take a photo of the box and its contents and contact us immediately.

In Store Pick Up

Place the order online, and pick it up in store it's that easy! All orders for in-store pick up will generally be ready within 4 hours. Please note that our retail store is CLOSED on Sunday & Monday, and we are unable to fill in-store pickup orders on those days

Returns

  • Minnesota law prohibits us from accepting returns for food items.
  • Email or call us to return any products.
  • We do not offer free returns on correctly fulfilled orders.
  • We do not accept used or opened products.
