Shipping & Returns


Shipping and Handling - Depending on the size of box required to ship your order, we will decide if the item is shipped First Class or Priority.  If a shipment weighs less than 1 pound and has the same delivery time with First Class or Priority, we reserve the right to ship First Class regardless of listed shipping method.


Missing or Damaged Items



We make every attempt to keep enough inventory on hand to complete your order or we remove it from our store.  However, high demand, supplier shortages, or seasonal sell-outs, may result in items being out of stock.  For example, some product featured on a food channel or talk show usually deplete our inventory and our suppliers may be out as well.  We will hold your order until we can ship complete.   If we have any indication that a product will be unavailable for 10 days or more, we will make every attempt to contact you for further instructions.  If the item is not expected to be in stock soon, we will remove it from your order and ship the rest.  NO PARTIAL SHIPMENTS OR BACKORDERS

NOTE:  Seasonal merchandise ordered "out of season", will be shipped if available.  If not available, we will remove it from your order and ship the rest. 

Once the order is processed, we will make every effort to ship within the timeframes listed below.  During the holidays, we will make effort to ship on Saturdays and Mondays as well. If the shipping time frames or minimums do not meet your needs, please call us to discuss.

We do not recommend shipping chocolate or perishable products during the warm summer months. However, if requested, we highly recommend expedited shipping. Chocolate coatings that melt in transit do not harm the product and can simply be re-melted. Coatings have a shelf life of several months so we suggest you stock up prior to the arrival of hot weather.

Inclement weather may cause delays and we are not responsible for shipping delays by our carriers such as USPS and UPS.     FREE SHIPPING will ship with the low cost carrier of our choice regardless of delivery times.

  • Bulk products, case lots, large Styrofoam cake dummies and oversized products.  Only Product marked "Eligible for Free Shipping" qualify.

  • Up to 30 pounds of chocolate or coating are eligible for FREE shipping.  Orders with chocolate or coating exceeding 30 pounds will be calculated with the additional weight.  We will advise you of shipping charges BEFORE your order is shipped.

  • Other restrictions may apply.

  • Hawaii, California, and Alaska are excluded from FREE Shipping.  

  • Missing or Damaged Items

    If you did not receive all the items that you ordered, first check the invoice to see that the missing item is not marked “out of stock”. Next check all packing material thoroughly for items that may have been wrapped in packing or settled in shipment.  Retain on original packing material. Notify Lynn's Cake and Candy Supplies, Inc within 72 hours after receiving your merchandise. 

    We are not liable for damages caused by the carrier.  If it appears the package has been dropped or crushed, please notify the carrier (USPS or UPS).  


    All returns must be pre-authorized by customer service between 10:00 - 4:00 CST Tuesday – Friday. If a return has been pre-authorized, it must be returned with-in 14 days of when order was received. All original packaging must accompany item(s) returned. Absolutely no refunds 14 days after the product(s) are received.

    There will be no refund on original shipping as well as return shipping.

    Items that are not refundable:

    1.  Food including edible images, food colors, flavorings, chocolate products, etc. - anything that you could ingest - we cannot resell or reuse

    2. Wedding cake tops

    3. Books

    4. Plastic molds, silicone molds, cream cheese mold, rubber molds
