How Long Will My Package Take to Get to Me?- We know nothing is worse then ordering the perfect product online and then having to wait 8 business days to get it. As a business, we want you to receive your order fast! That is why we use the fastest standard shipping services possible! We utilize USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days), USPS First Class Mail (1-5 Business days), and UPS Ground (1-5 business days)*. Calculated into your shipping charge is the speedy shipping service that we use!

*Lynn's Cake and Candy is NOT liable for packages arriving later than times specified times or any other faults made by shipping carriers.*

Depending on the size of box required to ship your order, we reserve the right to ship First Class, Priority, or UPS ground, regardless of listed shipping method.  

We make every attempt to keep enough inventory on hand to complete your order or we remove it from our store.  We will call/email you for further instructions if we're out of something.  If the item is not expected to be in stock soon or we don't hear back from you within 1 day, we will remove it from your order and ship the rest.  NO PARTIAL SHIPMENTS OR BACKORDERS

PLEASE use common sense when ordering chocolate in warm months or shipping to warm climates. It will probably melt. We do not ship with ice packs.  If your chocolate arrives melted, it can be remelted to make your chocolate goodies. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MELTED CHOCOLATE.

Please plan on busy times of the year (Christmas season) resulting in potentially very long shipment times. We do our part and typically ship out your package within 1 day of receiving your order. We are not responsible for a lengthy delivery time due to failure by the USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We strongly recommend customers pay for a "signature required" service if you're concerned about porch pirates. Inform us of your desire to purchase the service in the "how you heard about us" section.


  • Missing or Damaged Items

    If you did not receive all the items that you ordered, take a photo of the box and it's contents and contact us immediately.

    We are not liable for damages caused by the carrier.  If it appears the package has been dropped or crushed, please notify the carrier (USPS or UPS).  

In Store Pick Up

Place the order and pick it up in store...that easy! All orders for In Store Pick Up must be placed 12 hrs prior to pick up. We are unable to provide same day pick up service.
