Collection: Peters Chocolate

Peters melting chocolates DO NOT require tempering, so they are a great option for beginning chocolate makers. They can be melted via microwave or double boiler, and are excellent for melting, dipping, mold work, hot cocoa bombs, cake pops, turtles, out side shell of truffles, and much more candy making applications.
